Lord, we give you praise this morning! This is the day that you have made so regardless of our current situations, we will rejoice. So just as an act of that, no matter where we are and no matter what we are doing, we say aloud or as a whisper “Thank you Father!” And with that “thank you” know that we are acknowledging you as the head of our lives. We take a little pause and bow our hearts to you. Change us.

Where we are hurt, heal us. Where we are broken, mend us. Where we are worried, be our peace. Where we are burdened, refresh us. Where we are weak, strengthen us, Lord, where we are confused, enlighten us. Where we are bond, deliver us. Where we are caught in sin, free us. We boldly say today that you are our God. There is no other. We will bow to no other. We boldly say today that you are our answer, you are our strong tower, you are our shepherd! And because of who you are we declare that we are strong, we are prosperous, we are wise, and we are victorious! We will not be defeated! We will not quit! We will run and not be weary! We will walk and not faint! And we will mount up with wings as eagles are rise above every disappointment and discouragement! In Jesus name!  

Lord in the posture of who you are and in the posture of who you have created us to be, we ask you to heal our land. Let you kingdom come and let your will be done in this nation and in every nation. We stand against division and dissension. We break the power of racism and sexism. We stand up against the systems of poverty and oppression and we again declare that you are God over this nation. We resist every sickness and disease and take our authority over flu outbreaks and the Corona virus. Thank you Lord for showing up and being God! In Jesus name! Amen!
